Something new I tried for cross stitch! The pillow you see in the picture below is actually a nap quilt tucked into an attached pocket to the quilt. All you need for this is 1 stitched square measuring no larger than 12 x 12 inches for best results.
I add co-ordinating strips of fabric to make the pillow cover and then attach and make the rest of the quilt. A great take-along in the car for those long trips or just another pillow to toss on your bed. When it's nap time, don't crawl between the sheets......just open the "Kozee Kwillow" and snuggle in for a siesta!
The finished quilt measures approx 44 x 72 inches. The pillow measures approx 18 x 18. Use it as a pillow or a cover. Keep a few on hand in the guest room, the car, the linen closet.........
Done in nursery prints would make an excellent gift for a new baby!

FABRIC REQUIREMENTS
You will need
2.5 yards for the top of the quilt and pillow
2.5 yards co-ordinating fabric for the lining.
For best results, choose 100% cotton, cotton flannel, or cotton/polyester blend. Fabric should be 44/45 inches wide.
